CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that a 20% cancellation fee will be charged for no shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation more than once results in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit and possibly a ban from future booking. If you are late please contact me to confirm that your appointment can be held. If you are late by 25 minutes or more your appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled and the 20% fee will apply. *If I am unable to start your appointment within 25 minutes of your arrival, you are entitled to cancel/reschedule and receive your deposit refunded OR a discounted service.
